The Website Plan
Tell us about your business and we will build the real thing, free.
If you like it, £495 puts it live, then £99 a month to host it and look after it.
If you do not, you owe us nothing.
Three sites we built to show the standard and the style. They are examples rather than real businesses, so you can see exactly what you would be getting before you ask us for yours.
Tell us about your business and we will build you a site to look at. It is free and there is no obligation.
A few details is enough. No brief, no meeting.
A real one you can click around on your phone, not a proposal.
If it is not for you, that is the end of it and you owe us nothing.
Two rounds of changes once you are in, so the site says exactly what you want.
We point your domain at it and the plan starts.
Built for you rather than picked off a shelf, with two rounds of changes before it goes live, and yours to use for as long as you are on the plan.
Hosting, your domain and the SSL certificate, all handled. Nothing for you to renew or remember.
Backed up daily and watched around the clock. If it goes down we know before you do.
Changes to your site, done by us. New prices, a new photo, different opening hours, a bit of rewriting. An hour each month, and it does not roll over.
£495
plus VAT, once
then £99 plus VAT a month
Both plus VAT. You pay £594 on the day you say yes, which is the setup including VAT. Your first £118.80 monthly payment is thirty days later.
For businesses we have already sent a site to. Card payment, handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Because describing a website is harder than showing you one. Sometimes we will have built yours already, which costs us something and most people still say no. Sometimes it is a site we built for a business like yours, which is quicker for us and tells you just as much. Either way you are looking at a real site rather than a proposal.
We will always say in the email. If we built it for you, it is yours and it has your business on it. If it is an example, it belongs to another business and it is there to show you the standard and the style, and we would build yours from scratch.
Yes. Once you say yes and pay, you get two rounds of changes before it goes live. Tell us what you want different and we will do it, twice. After it is live, changes come out of your hour a month, which is usually plenty for the small things.
You own your domain and your content. The site itself is part of the plan and hosted by us. If you cancel outright the site comes down and your domain is yours to point wherever you like, though there is a cheaper hosting only option, covered below.
Three options. Carry on as you are. Cancel with a month of notice, in which case the site comes down and your domain is yours to take anywhere. Or move to hosting only at £39 plus VAT a month, which keeps the site live exactly as it is, with no changes and no support. You can move back up to the full plan whenever you like and there is no new setup fee.
We will email you and keep trying to take the payment. The plan is a twelve month commitment, so a missed month does not end it and the rest of the term is still owed. We would rather sort it out than fall out about it, so talk to us.
Anything on your site. New prices, a new photo, different opening hours, rewriting a page, adding a member of staff. It is an hour of our time rather than a set number of jobs, so a handful of small changes usually fits comfortably. It does not roll over, and if something is going to take longer than the hour we will tell you what the extra will cost before we start.
A bespoke site from a Manchester agency runs from about £2,000 to £5,500 and takes months. We build these with AI and we build a lot of them, so ours takes hours. It is a good site built quickly, not a cheap version of an expensive one.
Yes, if they are yours to use. If they came from your last web designer it is worth checking who owns them before we do.
If we sent you a site, the link in that email takes you straight back to it. If you found this page on your own, tell us about your business and we will build you one.
