Paid media management

Paid media management, run properly

We are a Manchester paid media agency and a Google Premier Partner. We run Google and Meta campaigns for UK businesses, with conversion tracking proved to work before a penny of budget moves, and reporting that tells you what happened and what we are doing about it.

01 What it is

Google Ads and Meta, done properly

We run two channels. Not six done badly, two done properly. Google catches people already looking for what you sell. Meta puts you in front of people who are not looking yet. Most businesses need both, and most waste money by starting with the second.

The work is the same either way. Understand what a customer is worth, prove the tracking, build the campaigns, then change less than you want to.

Google

Search, Performance Max and Shopping where it applies. Keywords and negatives, bids and budgets, and the search terms report read every week rather than every quarter.

Meta

Facebook and Instagram. Audiences, placements, the pixel, and the creative the whole thing rests on. Meta rewards patience, so we give the algorithm enough time and enough signal to learn.

02 How we work

Tracking first, then the build

  1. 01

    What a customer is worth

We start with your numbers. What you make on a sale and how often someone buys decides everything after it.

  2. 02

    Tracking, proved

Conversions firing correctly and verified, before any budget moves. Most accounts we inherit are measuring the wrong thing.

  3. 03

    The build

Campaigns, keywords, audiences, ad copy and creative, in that order.

  4. 04

    The weekly routine

Search terms, negatives, bids and budgets. Twenty minutes of the right changes beats two hours of the wrong ones.

  5. 05

    Reporting you can read

What happened, what it cost, what we changed and why. In English, not a dashboard login.

04 Who it is for

Who it is for

This is for you if

  • You are spending, or about to spend, somewhere between a few hundred and a few thousand a month
  • You want to know what each pound earns, not just that it was spent
  • You want someone accountable, rather than a login to a dashboard nobody reads
  • You sell something with a value you can put a number on

This is not for you if

  • You want guaranteed positions or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody can honestly promise either
  • You are shopping purely on the size of the retainer
  • You would rather run it yourself, which is what the Kit is for

Do you only do Google and Meta?

For paid media, yes. They are the two that carry the most UK demand and they are the two we are best at. If your customers are genuinely somewhere else, we will tell you rather than sell you a campaign.

What if our tracking is a mess?

That is normal, and it is the first thing we fix. There is no point optimising towards a number that is wrong.

Will you just run it, or can you teach us?

Either. This is the managed service. If you would rather learn to run it yourself there is the AI Paid Media Kit, and if you want us to teach your team on your own accounts there is the bespoke training.

How quickly will we hear back?

Within two working days, with a point of view rather than a sales pitch.

Tell us what you sell, roughly what you are spending, and what you want it to do. We will come back with a view on whether we can help and what it would take.
