This policy covers create28.co.uk, including the enquiry form, the training quiz, and The AI Paid Media Kit.

If you use the enquiry form we collect your name, your email address, roughly what you spend on advertising each month, and whatever you write in the message. If you take the training quiz we collect your name, email address, company, phone number, and your answers about your experience, the platforms you use, your budget, your goals and your team size.

Stripe handles the payment and collects your email address and billing address. We never see or store your card details. We create an account for you using that email address, and from then on we store your email address and which lessons you have marked as done.

Our website uses the Meta pixel and the Google tag. These record pages you visit and actions you take, and they let us measure our advertising and show ads to people like you. They set cookies in your browser. Where you give us an email address as part of a conversion, Google's enhanced conversions feature sends a scrambled, unreadable version of it to Google so the conversion can be matched. Meta works in the same way. Where you give us an email address or phone number when you enquire, a scrambled, unreadable version of it is sent to Meta so the enquiry can be matched to an advert you saw.

We use enquiry and quiz information to reply to you and to prepare for working together, which is our legitimate interest in responding to people who approach us, and where it leads to work, the steps before a contract. We use purchase information to provide the kit and to keep the records the law requires, which is performance of our contract with you and our legal obligations. We use advertising and analytics information to measure and improve our marketing, which relies on your consent where the law requires it.

We do not sell your information. We use other companies to run parts of our business, and they process information on our behalf:

• Stripe, for taking payments.
• Supabase, through Lovable, which hosts our website and stores accounts and enquiries.
• Google, for our website tag and advertising measurement.
• Meta, for the pixel and advertising measurement.
• Google Workspace, because enquiry notifications reach us by email.

Some of these companies are based outside the United Kingdom, and where information is transferred abroad it is protected by the safeguards those transfers require.

• Enquiries and quiz answers: two years from your last contact with us, unless you become a client.
• Kit accounts and progress: for as long as you have access to the kit.
• Payment and accounting records: six years, because tax law requires it.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we are using it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@create28.co.uk and we will respond within one month. There is nothing to pay.

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Ours are used for keeping you signed in to the kit, which is necessary for it to work at all, and for advertising and measurement through the Meta pixel and the Google tag, which are not necessary and which you can refuse. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the kit will not work properly without the ones that keep you signed in.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
