Website Plan terms

Create28 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, based in Manchester. You can reach us at hello@create28.co.uk.

A website, built by us, hosted by us, and looked after by us for as long as you are on the plan. The Website Build costs £495 plus VAT, charged on the day you say yes, which is £594 including VAT. Your first monthly payment of £99 plus VAT, which is £118.80 including VAT, is taken thirty days later and monthly after that. Both are charged by card through Stripe.

Once you have paid for the Website Build you get two rounds of changes before the site goes live. A round means you send us everything you want changing in one go and we do it. Send us the second lot and we do those too, and then your site goes live. Changes after it is live come out of your hour a month, covered below.

Twelve months, starting the day you pay for the Website Build. After that the plan rolls on monthly and you can cancel with one month of notice.

Your site is hosted by us as part of the plan. It is not a file we hand over. When the plan ends, for any reason, the site comes down. Your domain name is yours and we will hand it back or point it wherever you ask.

After the minimum term you can move to a hosting only plan at £39 plus VAT a month instead of cancelling. That keeps the site online, hosted, secured and with its SSL certificate, with no changes, no support and no monitoring. It runs monthly and you can cancel it with one month of notice. You can move back up to the full plan at any time and you do not pay for the build again.

You own your domain name. You own any words, photographs and logos you gave us. We own the design and the code of the site itself, and you have the right to use it for as long as the plan is running.

One hour of our time each month, spent on whatever you need doing to the site. It does not roll over. Typical jobs are a new price, a new photograph, different opening hours, a paragraph rewritten, or a new member of staff, and several small ones usually fit inside the hour. Anything that will take longer, or that needs fresh design, is a separate quote, and we will tell you the cost before we do it.

Anything you send us to put on the site has to be yours to use. If you give us photographs or wording that belong to someone else, that is your responsibility, and we will take it down if we are asked to.

We will email you and we will keep trying to take the payment. Being on the plan is a commitment for the minimum term, so an unpaid month does not end the agreement and the balance of the term remains owed. While an invoice is unpaid we reserve the right to take the site offline until it is settled.

We do not promise any particular position in Google, any number of enquiries, or any amount of business. Anyone who promises you those is guessing.

Email us and we will send you a secure link to your billing page, where you can cancel. After the minimum term has passed we need one month of notice.

We monitor the site and fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can. There is no guaranteed response time on this plan.

We will give you thirty days notice in writing. If you would rather not continue, you can cancel before the new price starts.

Nothing here takes away any rights you have under UK consumer law. If you are buying as a business, the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply to you, and the twelve month minimum in section 4 stands.
